Simply done, they have added artificial flowers for color and the cupcakes are decorated with beach balls and surf boards. Many couples are saving money by doing a combination of cupcakes and a small cake for the top of their cupcake tree. It can be a 6 or 8" cake that can be done by a cake designer and you can top it with a themed cake topper or perhaps a vintage topper that has been in your family. You can make the remainder of the cupcakes and this way save big on your wedding cake.
